Really worried, need help

Hi, I'm a 21 years male homosexual, I had unprotected oral sex(give) in the middle of November 2010, I discovered i have 2 lymph nodes on my mandibular, one is big the other is not that obvious, they all can move. so I took tests after 6 weeks and 3 months, the results all turn out to be negative. But the lymph nodes are still there.
This year, in the middle of April, I had an sexual encounter, we blow each other, and he use his dick rubbing against my *******, but no penetration in the rectal, and he didn't cum in my mouth. then after 2 weeks, i have another sexual encounter, he had herpes on his lip, but he using some kind of sticker on it, we only kissing and didnt ****. then after one week I had protected anal sex with a man who said he is clean, and the condom didn't break. But after several days I found 3 more lymph nodes on my neck(both sides). and one in my groin. they didn't hurt, and I didn't have fever or cold anything, just feel tired. Since then, I am worried about being infected by HIV, and other lymph disease such as Lymphoma or Leukemia. Please someone help me, I'm living aboard alone, so it's really scaring. Do I need a test? am I clean to HIV?
Thanks in advance.
PS: the only problem is that I surfer from dental issue, which I always feel uncomfortable in my teeth(but not hurt), and when i brush my teeth, it bleeds, but stop really soon after I wash it.
Thanks
