Really worried, please help

I had protected sex a year and a half ago with a sex worker. I then got a slight redness and irritaiton on my penis that i noticed a week later, which i took of using polysporin. Three weeks later i noticed petechiae  on my arms which really scared me, as i thought it was hiv related. I got a 3 months, 6 months, and 1 year test all negative. My platelets were down to around 85, 86,000m and now its back up to 120, 000 is this hiv related???

2)  In addition, i went to this one site which had all these rare circulating recombinants, like B/F and B/G and stuff, as well as two CRF's together. Would all these be detectable? Im a little worried that they would miss it. Also stuff like J, H and K strains are those detectable, thanks.

Don't worry about strains! Don't worry period! First you ued a condom and secondly your tests a 3 month 6 month and 1 year is well more than enough proof that you don't have anything. You are NEGATIVE!!!!
