Received Blowjob with blood on cuts & ongoing ars symptoms

Received unprotected of 5 second & protected insertive oral sex & hand job with one girl with bleeding gums or  sores ( spotted red color on her teeth while drinking & some mild red color on groin while cleaning, while being sucked cannot see, as it was dim light) , who was hiv+, as she was failed in medical & sent back to her country. Prior to exposure, had shaved pubic hair before 2 hrs resulted in multiple cuts, bruises, liason etc. Before the oral also had alcohol together. What are the risk

1. Receiving unprotected blowjob with bleeding gums.
2. Saliva mix with blood going to the multiple cuts,   considering scrotum/groin skin very thin.
3. saliva mix with blood was used as lubricant for hand job, also her hand force might have opened the cuts on the base of penis and let enter the hiv virus in saliva/blood into the bloodstream.
4. Does drinking alcohol destroys the protective enzymes/proteins of saliva.
5. Considering her untreated & highly infectious with high viral load and I have multiple cuts. What are the chances.
6. Which are more riskier multiple cuts or urethra.

After 27 days of exposure having symptoms like low grade fever, chills, myalgia, arthalagia, white tongue, headache, runnynose, Fatigue, malaise, tiredness, etc still onging for 3 and half months today.

Went to numerous specialist, did all blood test (cbc, uric, Esr, arthritis profile, cmv, ebv etc), sputum test, ctscan, mri, xray etc. But the Dr are unable to diagnose my body n joint pain with low grade fever.

In blood report high esr was found ranging from 45 to 35 thrice and in xray pneumonitis came. Did twice antibiotic courses of 5 days each.

But still the esr is not going down, also my body aches and always feeling feverish.

6. Is this ARS, bcoz I m not recovering from this illness.
7. How long does ARS stay 7-14 days, 2-4 weeks, 2-6 weeks, 6 months or forever.
8. Does ARS can cause high ESR & pneumonitis.
9.'Does Acute hiv infection can bring down RBC, as mine is going below.

I cannot sit, sleep, relax in aircondition, immediately I start to feel sick and my body gets hot. My temperature is not going more than 37.2 but when I touch my neck, temple, hands they r always hot.

The symptoms are not severe and also not light to be ignored. Due to flutype body pain, I cannot concentrate on anything.

You guys are considering all oral sex as no risk without taking in to consideration the cuts/blood involved. After knowing the oral sex as not risky reading in the forum, the people are confident and risk their lives without looking other things like cuts/blood etc which can increase their risk.

I have read in many reputable sites that, many of them got hiv by giving oral sex thru their bleeding gums, So, my question is if the body fluid like semen/blood from ejaculation can infect the giver thru sores or bleeding gums.can why not the blood of giver can ifect to the receiver through urethra or cuts.

As you guys are always telling receiving oral sex and any out side the body or spillage exposure is zero risk as there are no documented case in 35 years of aids pandemic. Suppose someone similar like my case, who is in monogamous relation with his wife for 25 years/No risky activities/No drugs/No anal-vaginal intercourse with anyone/Not a gay and having the same classic ars symptoms which he got within 2-6 weeks, how he can be documented and prove that he got hiv from receiving oral sex with bleeding gums on cuts.

I would like to know do I require testing of hiv, if only my concern is above first and last exposure, as I did medical test before 6 months. I am in monogamous relation with my wife since last 25 years. This was my first and last mistake outside of my marriage. I will never ever repeat such mistake in my life if I am hiv negative.

There is no confidential testing here. If you insist, I will go to India for hiv test. What u guys think I will be hiv positive or negative. What will be my antibody result reactive or non-reactive with similar classic ongoing ars symptoms. The ongoing symptoms has convinced me that, I am infected with hiv. Maybe I am unlucky one who got hiv from receiving oral & outside host through blood contact. As in medical there is no 0% or 100%. So there is possibility of anything if someone is unlucky.

Plz ruby, curfew, malbat or someone plzzz respond. I m very stresed and living a tortourus life. My one second is like one year.

To be frank I m very afraid to go for test, as I fear I may b positive, due to ongoing classic ars symptoms since 31/2  months which came within 2-6 weeks and not goimg.

Today also I went to internist, they are unable to find the cause of flu type symptoms of body & joint aches etc.

They are just doing 100 of blood test ( ANA profile, thyroid, liver function, kidney function, sugar etc) and prescribing pain killers.

Have u came across someone have so long acute hiv infection for 4 months and I dont know how long it will go on.

Sometimes I m wandering if the start of hiv infection is so bad, how it will end.

Do all hiv infected persons suffer so bad.

In dubai, the visa is linked with hiv test and anyone found positive is deported and sent to.his home country. My future is depend on medical test while renewal.after six month.My wife and kids are under my sponsorship and they are working srudying here.

I dont what is in my destiny, what I will.do.at this age of 50 if thrown back to india.

I m not doubting about this forum knowledge, but I would like to know, what is the souce of medhelp forum risk assesment and their first tier peer reviwed reaserch study.

Also, who is authorized to do risk assesment and what is their knowledge of hiv transmission.How this forum is moderated.

You stated that all of your symptoms have been going on for 3 1/2 months.

ANY blood drawn HIV test done NOW will give you 100% conclusive results.

I'm sorry there is no confidential testing where you live and that you may have to travel to India, but you would be going to India for YOUR peace of mind, NOT because WE insist you go.....which we are NOT doing because YOU NEVER HAD A RISK AND DO NOT NEED TO TEST.

You asked for a risk assessment, and I gave you one - NO RISK.  Not even with cuts or scrapes or any other minor wounds that don't require medical attention.  Your case is not different at ALL.

I'm not going to argue with you, and I don't know why you asked for an assessment if you already decided you had a risk - you didn't - but I'm not inclined to argue with you.  Believe whatever you want, but you did not get HIV from this encounter.

I have read many posts on receiving oral sex is no risk, but mine case is different & risky, as blood & mutiple cuts was invloved. Also, the classic textbook ARS symptoms continuing & ongoing since more than 3 & half months is letting me force to find the source of risk.

How you r sure that this is not ARS. Why I m not recovering from flu like symptoms.

Such long illness is only due to HIV.

The person who are seroconverting, how they r recovering n what medicine they r taking to recover from flu type symptoms.

The flu type low grade fever,chills with mild muscle and joint pain, fatigue, tiredness, stiff nick, lack of engergy which came within 2-6 weeks after oral sex exposure and still going on and off which is more than 2 months.

I had read the hiv+ peoples in many forums, how they seroconverted and shared their experience, they have similar symptoms of fever with muscle and joint pain, malaise, tiredness for 2-3 months.

I had never in my life of 50 yrs had so long flu like symptoms with feverish feeling, body and joint aches, no engergy, fatigue etc.

The source of the symptoms was not diagnosed by many Drs and even the 10 days antibiotic course did nothing to stop my symptoms.

If I would not have symptoms I would have consider my exposure to zero risk.

But due to symptoms I m force to see my exposure was risky.

Something sure went wrong otherwise why I would get the ARS symptoms.

Plz I know the typical answer that, oral sex is not risk and no documented cases in 35 years. May b they are not believing if someone got infected by receiving oral sex.

Oral sex is not a risk. No one has contracted HIV from receiving oral sex - EVER.  You are not having ARS symptoms because you had zero risk for HIV.
