Received Unprotected Oral Sex

Hello

I am male and have received unprotected oral from a female 16weeks ago. Got tested with ELISA combo at 7th and 13th week and came back negative. Since 10th week I have on and off sore throat, persistent white tongue, every two weeks approx fever upto 100F and muscle aches and pains and itchy skin at times. Overall I feel tired all the time and have diarrhea occasionally. Have lost 4Kgs as well.

Please help to advise what is happening to me and am I still at risk of HIV with all these symptoms. Do I need to retest for HIV?

All other STD test also completed at 13th week and all negative.

Need your help please and expert advises please
