Recieved oral 5 weeks ago

Hi, I recd unprotected oral without ejaculation from a friend 5 weeks back. there was no sex Have been worried sick since. for past 10 days I have had Loss of appetite, sore throat an fatigue and very very guilty.

I have read the posts which say recieving oral is no risk.

I had a spot Hiv test yesterday whxih returned negative.

I'm still extremely worried. How do I move on from here???
