Red Bump

I tested negative last month for hiv.  Today I noticed a large red bump near my armpit.  I know this might be a stupid question.  But is there anyway this could be related to HIV and I didnt test at the right time.  When would someone get kaposi sarcoma? Thank you very much.

An antibody test is conclusive 3 months since last exposure. Bump has nothing to do with HIV.

Kaposi Sarcoma...is not related.
