Regarding HIV

Hey,
I had a sexual encounter with some one. During the middle of sex i pulled out the condom with my bare hands and than did handjob on myself. is there any chance as i pulled out the condom with my bare hands and did hand job on myself that the vaginal fluid on the condom that touched my hands and than my penis during handjob could cause HIV.

You had no risk, doesn't matter which hand you used or if you masturbated after removing the condom with the same hand without washing.

what if the other person was HIV +, than am i at any risk

If this person is not a sex worker, than your chances are very-very small. Next time, pull out the condom with your nondominant hand, and help yourself with the dominant hand.
