Regarding HIV Tests..

I know in order to take an ELISA test you have to wait for 3 months for the window period.

But I remember hearing there was an HIV test, which you didn't have to wait for the 3 months window period. (which was much more expensive) What was that?

I guess the one I mean is the PCR test.

How many days after the exposure is conclusive for taking a PCR test for an accurate result?

3 months is conclusive the test you are talking about is the HIV DUO test
