Relations between acute hiv symptoms and antibody detected

Is there anybody interesting with this topic, we can discuss it here and hope some expert can give some answers
Questions:
1. Is acute hiv symptoms caused by high virus load in blood?
2. Why acute hiv symptoms can be natural cured, is it because of antibody generates?
3. If the symptoms disappear, does it means that the antidoy reach a high level and can be detectable? I saw some articles in Chinese to say that 2 weeks after the symptoms disappear, the antibody can be detectable, but I did not find related creditable literatures.
