Results accurate enough

Hello everyone I was just updating you guys on what's going on with me. I PROTECTED anal sex in which u was the one penetrated and I received and gave UNPROTECTED oral with a guy on July. 27th  and 1 week 5 days after this experience I started experiencing these symtoms (symptoms)

Slight sore throat that lasted for 2 days
Itching l
Glands in my neck,underarm, pelvis and legs off and on started bothering me
I've been having off and on chest pain for like 3 months on the right side
Headaches off and on
Sneezing
Fatique

I was tested for STD's on Aug.24th which is 28 days after the experience . I just got my results back today and my Chlymidia, Gonnrhea, Syphillis (syphilis), and HIV all came back negative can I say these results are pretty accurate at 28 days?
What else could these symptoms be related too mono and strep test came back negative too

Stress and anxiety could be the cause of these symptoms

Considering that you didn't have a risk yes you can rely on these reults being accurate.

As for what is going on with you physically you need to keep working with your physician to figure it out, maybe you should consider telling him what has been happening with you and discussing the stress that you have been under.

As far as HIV goes though this was never a risk situation and you never needed testing.
