HIV doesn't happen that way, HIV can't survive in the air, there are a few specific media which's required for HIV transmission.

I can't help you with the 'what ifs' since this topic is completely irrational.

sorry, i was going to write something lengthy in order to demonstrate how ridiculous that sounds, but ill play nice.  hiv infects a particular cell, blood to blood contact or unprotected sex, period. even then, by odds standards, you have a pretty good chance not being infected. but why chance it. ringworm is a fungus.
