Risk Factor

Hello Doctor,

About 8 years ago i had protected anal (me as the top) with a tranny.  While i was topping the tranny the tranny was masterbating (masturbating) without a condom and came.  After that the tranny took a tissue and wiped off the sperm from the bed and then proceeded to remove my condom with a new tissue using the same hand used to masterbate.  Thereafter, the tranny used a baby wipe to clean my penis.

My question is that:

1) if the tranny had some sperm left on her hand while cleaning my penis would it have been transferred to the tissue or baby wipe and then to the opening of my penis?  

2) Is this a risk?  

3) Can i get hiv from this?

4) Has anyone caught HIV like this?

5) Exactly how long does hiv survive out the body?

6) I am approaching year 9 and have been symptom free how long does it take to start seeing some of the mid range symtomps of thrush, night sweats, headaches, rashes, infections, eetc?

7) Was my encounter safe?

8) Can HIV be transmitted from hand to an object or material like a tissue and then into the penis?

I would really appreciate if you can answer each of my questions by number in details.  Please I have been very depressed for almost 9 years now and want my risk assesed.

That is WAY too long to be worrying about HIV. If you are so concerned about something that occurred 8 years ago then why haven't you tested?

If you have truly been depressed over this incident for 8+ years, then that is a tragedy. Do you really think that's a fair exchange for avoiding getting tested?

Mind you, you don't need one based on your risk. It is strictly a function of helping yourself so you can move on.
