Risk assessment and STD CONCERN

Dear all,
Thank you for you nice fourm,
On 22 nov 2014, I want to massage shop in korea and the place was not in a good shape and a pit dirty, I got massaged for 45 mins later on she massaged my anus and ended up with handjob, I am circumcised her hand where rough and she used oil during the whole period. After that night I could not sleep thinking of this occasion after a week a got sick badly I went to hospital and I have asked for full blood test including HIV and it was -
After 4 weeks past I went for HIV 4th gen test and all hepatitis test and found - with high ALT around 62.
I again tested week later only for ALT and AST and still ALT was 63.
1- what is the chance I got any STD out of the accident ?
2- at six week I got fever with throat pain, do I need to test ?
3- is the high ALT indecation of liver infection hepa c?

Thank you even though your answer was too rude as you are not forced to reply to my post at all. My question was anxious driven and I have not asked you specifically ... You have an attitude issue... I have not directed this question to you this is a misbehavior !!
