Risk factor and ARS? Worried sick

Need advice before I kill myself from worrying.

Last Friday I ended up going to a strip club where I ended up in the back room where I fingered the dancer and after fingering her I asked her to give me a h**d job but then I for some reason decided to finish it off myself so sadly I ended up touching my penis with the same hand from which I had inserted the finger into her vagina (Only one finger).I didnt take me more than 10 secs to finish. What is my risk factor considering when I came home I saw some small area redness on my penis on one side on VERY careful examination which was probably from the previous rubbing she was doing over my jeans. I tried to stretch that skin pretty hard when I was examining it to see if there was blood or something that looked like a cut but didn't see any. Finger skin was intact.

I am still worried sick, because on Monday I had a fever which started at 99.1 but went up to 100.4 on monday nite and then again to 100.6 on tuesday afternoon but after that it came down and now come thursday I only have 98.9 (No Ibuprofen). On tuesday afternoon I also started coughing and sneezing (Not profusely) but not the kind of cough you have when you have something little stuck in your throat. There was some thick stuff that came out. I dont really have a runny nose but there was sort of a headache and pretty thin mucous coming out from the nose from tuesday onwards. No swollen lymph nodes, No large rashes. Headache is more of a eye ache on one side.

Things that made me feel a little better which I would like to bring into the picture which can help you advice me better are.
1. On Sunday, 2:30 pm to 7:30 pm, I worked pretty hard on fixing my basement so I was cleaning and moving things around,  touching dirty stuff, chucking out garbage, moving large boxes that have been there for years, mopping, vacuuming. I worked in there for about 5 hours straight.
2. My Nose is still stuffy and I am coughing like there is something in my chest. Its not constant though.
3. On Tuesday when the fever hit 100.6, I started a course of anti-biotics (Azithromycin) and the fever subsided after that, and has been around 99 without ibuprofen.
4. 3 of my colleagues and 1 relative that I met during the weekend are exhibiting the same symptoms as well although only one of them had high fever and had to take a day off.
5. Weather.com shows that there is widespread flu activity in my area.

So I want to know what was my risk of contracting the virus? Does this sound like ARS and can it come this early, i.e. only 2 and a half days after?

Yours answers are greatly appreciated.

you need to have your fingers dripping with vaginal fluid, to get even close to infection..

HIV does not transmit without penetration.. so no need for testing...

if you want to waste money... donate it to some kind of charity...or NGO working for AIDS...but don;t waste money on testing...

Okay thanks guys. The only thing I was worried about is that one finger might having some vaginal fluid on it that might have penetrated in the red area somehow. I know this is paranoia extreme here. So should I waste my money on getting tested?

You guys are great and really help people here.
