Risk from unprotected Oral

Hi and thanks in advance for any replies I may get from this.

11 days ago I received and performed unprotected oral on a female CSW in London of Eastern European background, fellatio and cunnilingus as well as protected intercourse.
4 days after the encounter I experienced severe and dilibitating flu like symptoms including fever, chills, night sweats, muscle ache, severe lethargy/fatigue, intense and continuous pain in lower back and groin / testicular area as well as stiff neck, dry cough, sore throat and diarrhoea.
Whilst the severity and intensity decreased over a couple of days, some of the symptoms have continued into a 5th day and now just include dry cough, sore throat, stiff neck and fatigue towards early evening and persistent diarrhoea following a meal of any sort.

My question is this - Is it possibly to contract HIV through the sexual activities described above and Is there a possibility that these symptoms are the ARS symptoms shown in early HIV development? If exposure is possible, would ARS begin as quickly as 4 days following exposure? Also, should I go and test for HIV tomorrow could I rely on the results being accurate or is it advised that I wait?

Thank you for taking the time to read my post and I look forward to an educated answer on the matter. Extremely worried as you can imagine!!

Hello,
Oral sex is considered a low risk activity. Risk is involved but HIV is usually not transmitted from one episode of sex. However other STD's are very easy too get such as herpes, syphilis etc.
A conclusive test is taken at 90 days. However in oral sex test is not warranted.
To clear up your anxiety get HIV RNA test tomorrow and another test at 90 days post exposure. Im ver confident that you will test negative.
Do get tested for other STD's.
HIV is not that easy to transmit. You are most probably negative. These might be some other viral or bacterial infection.

Stay safe and use a condom.
