Risk of HIV at erotic massage

I'm a little bit worried...
I have visited an erotic massage salon. Before beginning the massage we took a shower together. The masseuse was naked and washed me, I didn't wash her. She used a different towel for me and herself.
After the shower I laid down on the bed where she gave my back a massage with oil. She slightly touched my anus with oil. Afterwards she gave me a massage of the front were she gave me a handjob until the end. During the massage I asked here to keep her slip on because I didn't want any risk of contact between her vagina and myself. At no time there was penetration or oral stimulation (on both sides).
However, in her neck I saw some red spots and apparently she burned herself on christmas-evening where she has been taken the medication for. The wonde was dry, there was no blood and she never touched with her neck my penis.
I must admit that I'm feeling guilty of having this done and I'm also afraid that I could have been at risk for HIV. Can anyone tell me how this massage can be a risk for HIV? What if she has touched the spot in her neck and afterwards touched my penis, could there be a risk? Can there be a risk of touching my anus if the masseuse would have something?

I'm sorry for these questions but you would help me a lot with that...
