nothing comes out of your breasts if you are not lactating I have never heard of that and never experienced it either.

There are only four infectious body fluids known to mankind, and thye are as follows, in the order of viral load,

1. Blood (Including mensural blood)
2. Semen
3. Vaginal Fluids
4. Breast Milk

Exchange of the above fluids is only effective for transmission to occur if the exchange takes place inside the body, as Teak explained in detail. My question is,,, The "observed fluid" from nipples of a "charged" lady comes under what classification? Is it breast milk or something else? At least I have not seen such secretions from a non-lactating woman, even if she is sexually stimulated.

I am going through thebody forum...

One guy asking the semen in a bottom of the pool with full water and he came in contact the semen by his foot and he is aking for his risk.

I have seen the reply - says no Risk as long as your skin is intact.

But most our discussion here says - HIV can be transmitted only if it is exposed inside the body.  But the above answers seems to be much deviating from this forum.

My question ...when say as soon as it is exposed to air or water it losses its ability to infect, if that is the case if avove is a Risk or No Risky?

Most of the exposure will happen in a Air-conditioned room. Still your statement holds good.

When you say PH change... I undertsood that when it is exposed to water it loses it ability to infect?

HIV when exposed to air it looses its ability to infect due to temperature, and ph changes that causes the outer shell of the cell to rupture.
