Risk of Hiv

I had unprotected sex with CSW for Pakistan for 5 min in Dubai on August 30th .One Sep 3 I had Chicken pox which I took Lovir as prescribed by the doctor I recovered with in 15 days.chicken pox rashes has appeared in all parts including gental area on the 15th day i found blood flowing from my anus bleeding during bowel movement it stopped with in 2 days and mild night sweats,nausea,mouth ulcer.On week 4 I got tested in a clinic(they said it is test kit) they confirmed the result is negative and after that next morning I noticed sore throat and few red rashes near my armpit and skin from inner lip (both top and down) started peeling and turned into mouth ulcer .Took a Elisa test on week 6 (in private clinic lab in Sharjah don't know the generation of test) which also came negative still 2 mouth ulcer are there and swollen glands under the jaw and tooth above it is aching
during the time of chicken pox I didn't took properer food due to anxiety lost weight around 5 to 4 kgs in 20 days and now started regaining.Can anyone advice me with this situation really worried both are blood test

I took HIV I and II Antibody + HIV 1 P24Ag By ECLIA at day 50  the result was negative (0.239) Index is it conclusive

I am afraid is it a good Idea to test on 8th week is it will be more accurate

No that has nothing to do with HIV.
6 week test turning at 3 months can happen but is not common.

Did you ever heard symptoms like Blood in Stool related to HIV,and 6 week negative turned to positive in 3 months mark,Is it a good Idea to test on 8th week

I think that depends what country you're in.Here in the UK the clinic I work in says 28 days in conclusive with a test which is know as a Combination test,which means looking for ab + ag.This however is an American based forum therefore their guidelines might be slightly different.I agree that 6 weeks is what they consider definitive in many European countries.Best wished Eve

Hi Lizzie,

I have read that 4th generation test is conclusive at 28 days/ 4 weeks. Why we still need  a conclusive result at 3 months time?

everyone gets mouth ulcers.  if you tooth is hurting, see a dentist

Thanks for the replay....mouth ulcer and the aching tooth  are the only thing worrying me now rest everything i got recovered.

your 6 week test is an EXCELLENT indicator of your status.  to get a conclusive result, test again at 3 months
