Risk of Infection

Respected sir,
I am a Microbiologist,While performing ELISA, unfortunately a needle was pricked in finger.
We used that needle to OPEN the bottle having patients serum(HIV positive). After that i had gone HIV SCREENING AND Test during 6th month and 12th month both the tests show HIV Negative(no infection). But im still afraid. And i want to know whether HIV can survive in serum?

You do not have HIV. Needle "Prick" did not put you at risk in the first place.

No need to worry, You are fine!!
