Risk of Unproctected Vaginal Sex and Symptoms

Hello,
I am a 30 yr old healthy heterosexual male. 35 days ago I had unprotected vaginal sex with a young woman at a massage place. I entered her for about 15 seconds.( I know - all wrong)
I had a rapid antibody test at 33 days that was negative.
I have minor symptoms that I'm obsessing over the more I look at the internet.
I had a very minor cough for a few days that seems to have gone away. The cough had clear mucus. I wake up sweating but it seems to be after a dream about what the anxiety I have. I have no fever, no swollen lymph nodes, no diarrhea, no headache. I do have some joint pain in the knees which I never have had. I feel like the more research I do, the more I feel sick. It's my understanding that even if she was HIV positive, the risk of transmission is rather small. And, there is no saying what her status was. I went to the Dr. this week to get full blood work done and the HIV 1 / HIV 2 blood tests. He felt my lymph nodes and did an overall check, nothing. Can I start sleeping again or should I continue to freak out!
