Risk of exposure - my behavior, considering testing

Honest explaination of what I did which explains my concern - I plan on doing annoumyous testing this week. If anyone has a comment please post and I appreciate any feedback.

Issue: I had unprotected anal sex with a male sex worker about 30 days ago and now have two very small blister like pimples at my waist line which burn a little. I put my penis head just past the shaft in his anus, lasted about 4 minute of light pressure , no ejaculation but I noticed the next day two light skin burns on my shaft which flaked off a few days latter.  Looking at the "hiv symptoms" page on Medhelp.org site, I am concerned of exposure - I know testing will confirm but if anyone insight I'd appreciate it greatly since I am now worried and know I messed up.

HIV does not cause any of the signs and symptoms you've provided. You did have a risk of contracting HIV and need to test. You can receive a conclusive test result 3 months post exposure you also need to be tested for other STDs.

Thanks Teak, I am going in to my doctor after the holiday this week - there was a pic on the site showing a close-up of tow red marks on a body location so it got my attention as a HIV symptom so I got more concerned.
