Risk of infecton through cut on hand!

I just want to know if there is any risk from the following situation:
I pinched myself accidently with a nail and two days later went to the hospital to get a tetanus vaccine.
There was a man with a bleeding injury who did registration right before me, right after him I singed the papers with the same pen he used and in the same desk. The puncture wound I have is in my hand, the hand I used to sing with the pen he used! What if the guy had touched his blood right before touching the pen and the desk? and I touched it right after?, I could not see his blood there but what if there where traces of Hiv in the surface ant they got inside my cut? Please let me know I am seriously worried, explain to me please !!!!!
