Risk

I have had some contact with men - recieved oral once without protection - also have had protected oral both ways - and had semen on my hand which had a scabbed cut on it although I dont think it touched that area but could not be sure - now I am having problems with my tongue like a tingling and it has patches which look like they may have been burnt and areas that are like cut - sometimes I get like milky spitt on it too but only very thin - is this oral thrush because it scares me that on all the internet hiv is associated with thrush .

You should take a picture of it and post it.  Thrush has a fairly defined morphology and is usually instantly recognizable.

Your tongue issues have nothing to do with HIV because you were never at risk of contracting HIV from Oral Sex PERIOD!  Also the semen on your hand is not a risk for HIV, HIV does NOT infect outside of its host.

Hope this helps
