Risks for me

Dear Docs Hook & Handsfield,

it's the first time I've written to you and I hope in your personal answers.
I'm an Italian 30 years old gay male usually having long term relationships and always practising what is called safer sex (protected anal; no ejaculation in my mouth and, in 99% of the cases, I protect oral sex too)
Last time I tested was January and the HIV test came back negative.
I do HIV test once a year, as routine screening.
Now  an episod is slightly frigthening me. I met a young gay on a chat and we had protected anal sex
(me as bottom). Anal sex was protected from the beginning to the end and I'm pretty sure condom
did not break up because I filled with water after the performance and was ok (by the way, is condom rupture always visible or can be "microscopic"?).
However, before having anal sex I performed NON protected oral sex on the guy for one minute or two, without ejaculation in my mouth, and then we continued with the protected anal sex I just described.
I have known that this guy often asks other guys for having non protected anal sex, so he is a person who could be easily HIV+ (he said to me he gets tested every year for HIV & STD but he could easily lie).
Do I need urgent test for the episode I described?
Thanks in advance for your answer!
Nico

I read your whole episode and at no time were you ever at risk from any of the sex you engaged in.With regards to the oral sex it is considered by many experts that oral sex is zero risk for hiv transmission.I would encourage you to test for more common STD,s but testing for HIV is not required. All the best.Ciao.

I forgot to say that after one month I got slight fever (37.5 Celsius) and small white spots on my left tonsils. Everything was over after 4-5 days by using antibiotics my personal doc prescribed.
Could it be not recognized HIV seroconversion?
Thanks again!
