Risky Encounter?

Okay so here is my encounter with someone I didn't really know at all and who said is clean and has never been with boys before.

I performed oral sex on him for awhile. then he wanted to have anal sex but i didn't want to and said that he could rub his penis on the outside of my anus, which he did. He tried to insert but too small and didn't go in. but there was pressure on my anus for sure. I don't think there was penetration but if there was, very brief, unprotected, and no ejaculation.

I said okay ill close my legs and the then I guess had sex with my legs closed. When he ejaculated he came between my legs and not on my *** or near my anus, I then proceeded to the washroom and washed it off right away...

That was mid April and did not experience any acute HIV symptoms. no fevers or night sweats or anything really. I have lost weight but I attribute that to exercise and diet. I don't know.

I have recently gotten a really bad sore throat for the last 8 days now and am freaking. I don't know what to think or do. And right away I think my immune system has been compromised.

How risky was my situation and should i get HIV testing?

If you're SURE there was no penetration then you need no HIV testing.

There was no penetration I was asking if there had been...so no penetration you advise to get tested at 3 months and even with penetration you advise to get tested at 3 months?

I don't know what was exactly happening there, but if I were you I would get tested 3 months from then.

It was a while ago but he did not enter my anus. Like I said there was pressure but his penis was too small for penetration.

As long as the penis entered the anus even for a second, HIV risk might be there. Get yourself tested 3 months post-exposure, by which any negative result will be conclusive.

I don believe he penetrated me. I'm also asking: what kind of penetration and how long does penetration have to been to transmit? And is simply putting the penis in once and out enough to transmit the virus?

I should also mention again that I have been tested before (For previous encounters that were small risks or no risk as some would say) and it is not easy for my blood to be tested. Some weird reason the first time i got tested, they came back indeterminant twice then it went to a western blot and came back neg. My doctor said there is something about my blood that makes it hard for tests to read. I got tested later that year for peace of mind and a lab error resulted in a false positive! I did a confirmatory test (western blot) which came back negative. As you can see i am quite apprehensive to go through HIV testing.
