I am a 42 year old male. I went to a dance club about 5 months ago and danced with a woman. While we were dancing, I started licking and kissing her neck, sort of like giving her a hickey, but not as hard. When I got back home, I noticed that I had a blood blister on the inside of my lip. It was also raw. I might have bitten my lip and not noticed. There was no blood coming from my mouth. I am, however, worried that this might have been an opening for HIV virus to get through, assuming that the womain had HIV, and assuming again that there was a cut, pimple, or scratch on the part of her neck that I was kissing/licking/suckin on. I don't think there was any blood or other bodily fluids on her neck, but it was dark, and I was drunk. Here are my questions:
1. Is a blood blister, or raw skin on the inside of my lip an open route to infection?
2. Is there any risk of HIV transmission?
3. Has anyone ever been infected with HIV just by licking someone? even if they licked blood, and had cuts/sores inside their mouth?
4. How much blood or bodily fluid on the outside of the body is needed to get into my cut/blood blister to have a risk of HIV? In other words, would I have definitely have noticed if there was blood? do Small traces of undetectable blood transmit HIV?
5. I have tested at 8 weeks, 12.5 weeks, and a little over 4 months. Am I 100% HIV negative?
6. Can i resume unportected sex with my significant other (monagamous)?
