Rough oral sex

I had a very rough unprotected oral sex where the man who I do not know his HIV status literally deepthroated me. A lot of gagging happened and I threw up twice. I'm worried and underwent two HIV Ag/Ab tests;

Day 15: not detected
Day 22: not detected

1. Does deepthroating carries extra risk compared to normal oral?
2. Is the result convincing enough in day 22?
