Rubbing Vagina with Penis - Risk of HIV

Hi,

It was five days ago I met with an escort. She was African American she rubbed the upper part of her Vagina with my penis while I was on my back and she was on top, then She got on her back and I was on top rubbing my penis against her vagina actually I am not sure if it was her vagina that I was rubbing it against or if it was her lower abdomen (the part just above her vagina). It probable lasted for about 60 to 90 seconds before I climaxed. After I climaxed I noticed my semen on her vagina. It definitely was not coming from inside the vagina but was on there. I am 99% sure that I never penetrated her. There are no open cuts or lesions on my penis neither did I see any cuts or lesions on her vagina. But I am still freaking out if I could have contracted any STD (HIV) from her. I have not been able to sleep in past 5 days with the thought of contracting HIV.

I also called and asked her indirectly if she had any disease and she responded by saying that I was out of my mind and I never penetrated her, but I am still freaking out with the Idea that she didn't say that she did not have any STD.

I have been feeling a little low since that day, I feel less energetic and don't feel like doing anything the risk of HIV is totally freaking me out.

Thank you in advance for your response.

John

Thanks..........but the only thing that's worrying me is that I saw my semen on the side of  the lips of her Vagina, also I might have come into contact with the her vaginal fluids while rubbing? can you please respond what are the chances of contracting HIV by that.
