STD and HIV Risk: Body Rub + Ball Licking

I went to a massage parlour in Montreal, and was massaged by a 45 year old Russian lady.

The massage included body to body rub, hand masturbation, penis to breast contact and scrotum licking ....

She kept her underwear on all the time and I was not exposed to any of her vaginal fluids.

1 ) Please assess my HIV/STD risk ,,,

2) I  applied anti-bacterial gel on my scrotum right after the massage. Does this reduce the possibility of transmission of any STD ???

3) I am so worried for my wife ,since she is PREGNENT, and I do not know if I have to wait for 8 or 12 weeks to get tested before we can have sex again ,,,,

4) I have done this mistake (Going to Massage Places) a couple of times throughout my marriage. I really really regret it after the deed is done. And I am going through this loop over and over again. Do I need to see a Psychiatric  ?

Sorry for the delayed reply.  I'm not sure why both Dr. Hook and I missed it.

Starting with the opening line:  Nobody ever catches HIV in a massage parlor unless they have unprotected vaginal or anal sex (or shares injection equipment) while there.  I'll now read the rest of your question, but if all you had was a massage. even with a "happy ending" (either oral sex or a hand job).

Now I have read the rest.  You had no contact that could possibly have transmitted HIV, even if your partner had HIV, which she probably did not.  You are overreacting, probably because of guilt about the sexual nature of your massage.  To the specific questions:

1) There was no risk.

2) The gel makes no difference.  You can't lower transmission risk below zero.

3) You do not need testing, and if this is your only potential HIV exposure, there is no reason not to continue to have unprotected sex with your wife, regardless of her pregnancy.

4) Whenever a person suggests s/he might benefit from psychological counseling, they usually are correct.  Do it.

5) As for the follow-up question below, your and your wife's HPV infection has no effect on your risk from this event.  Absence of warts is normal in this situation; usually warts and pap smear abnormalities are caused by different HPV types.

Really, from an HIV/STD standpoint, you can just forget this event.  How you deal with it emotionally is up to you.

4) I want to add to that my wife had Abnormal Pap test before pregnancy with LSIL grade, meaning both of us has HPV infection, we never developed warts.

Does this change the likelihood of HIV/STD transmission from this massage encounter

Just a follow up.......

I experienced frequent urination and mild groin pain, yesterday, 4 days after the encounter.. I went to see my health care provider who ran a urine test that came out negative..However, he prescribed me Doxycycline, which I started taking today, and my symptoms improved quickly.

In fact, this is the SECOND TIME in a row that, I develop urinary symptoms after non-penetrative sex. In both times, all my urine tests were Negative, and I have been treated with antibiotics, that worked well

What is the reason I am getting urinary symptoms after non-penetrative sex, which is supposed to be risk-free ? am I a special case ?

am I too vulnerable to develop urinary infections after sex ?

I believe it is most likely psychological.  Non-penetrative sex cannot result in infection and doxycycline cannot make symptoms of infection go away faster than 2-3 days.
