STD blood testing

Hi,

i know this is a HIV only forum but i have a general question regarding STD testing. I am in Asia now and had unprotected vaginal sex with a local (perhaps prostitute). I found her again and we will see a doctor tomorow. But she only agreed to do a blood test, nothing else. So my question: what deseases can be checked via a blood test? They offer gonorrhea, syphilis, chlamydia, HPV and of course HIV. But according to wikipedia deseases loke gonorrhea aren't recommended to be checked via blood sample.

Any recommendations? Oh, and how many days after the sexual contact should i do my first tests?
