STD tests

I am asking this mostly to try and help quell my anxiety,   I made a pretty bad mistake recently and I had unprotected sex for a few minutes before putting on a condom with what I see as a sexually permiscuous 32 year old woman from the inner city and low econimic status. I would greatly appreciate any advice you could give me or peace of mind.

1) Just had the sex last night, when would you recomend a good time to wait to get tested for STDs? As soon as possible to get a accurate result.

2) When is the earliest I should get an HIV test?

3) Multi-part question: I have seborrheic dermatits, which causes some redness around my genital area and the glans (glands) penis,
Does the mild redness around the genital area destroy my epithelial barrier and make me drastically more succeptable to infection, or does the barrier still have some functionality?
Would you say that I had a high probablity of contracting HIV with the seborrheic dermatits, your opinion?
Do you know anything about the effects of having seborrheic dermatitis and contracting HIV and STDs?
Thanks Doctor I appreciate any advice you could give

First, HIV does not care where someone is from on the social status ladder. Std panel is 7-14 days or when the clinic suggests.

HIV test 12/13 weeks for a conclusive test.

A. No
B. No
C. You are not at anymore risk by having seborrheic deratitis.

Now if you want the Dr. to answer, go to his forum and pay your 15 dollars.

Thank you for your reply, I am aware of that, but I felt it relevent to give that information as to HIV being drastically higher in the inner city, African American communities,  or in communites of lower socio-economic status.

Like I told you before don't play into the social-economic status. I'm not from a lower social-economic status nor is some of the judges, doctor and nurses that I know. The risk is the same and the way to find out if you put yourself at risk is the same as if you at the bottom of the ladder and that is to test.
