Safe as possible, but....

Hi guys,

had protected insertive vaginal intercourse with a sex worker and unprotected oral sex (I recieved).  I know by themselves, doesn't seem to be much risk, but:

1.  Any chance of pulling the condom off may have left vaginal secretions on my penis which may have been infective consdering I recieved a vigourous bj afterwards?

2.  I did have some fungal (or may herpes?) breakout on the head of my penis which were like red bumps that were eroding.  Not painful, but maybe entry points for HIV.  I was putting a clotrimazole antifungal cream the previous two days, and wiped if off immediately with water and a towel before getting a bj and having sex.
