I know clinics are not supposed to reuse lancets, but I'm just looking for a little peace of mind. I remember the technician used a lancet where she pressed a button and it automatically poked me then retracted. Is this considered a one time use safety

I just want to know if it is a standard/required to have these kind of lancets at an STD testing clinics..does the one I described use on me sound like it was a safety lancet? Sorry, this is the last inquiry..if someone else can advise or give any info. on this, it would be a big help to me. Thanks
Hello how are you? I got my 3 month test today and it came up negative. The nurses use only safet lancets. My 1 year old son was walking around and they had a box full of used lancets and oraquik tests. I am almost 100 percent positive he did not reach in there. But what if he did? What concerns should I have? The box was from 2 days ago.
