Saliva Risk

Hi guys, I am hoping you can help me with a question I have.

I was collecting my drycleaning the other day and the guy behind the counter used his teeth to untie the knot in my packet to see if the clothes belonged to me.  He then handed me the packet back to me.  On my way back to my car I noticed that I had a cut on my hand which was bleeding.  What do you honestly think my chances of getting HIV from this incidence are if the saliva from the packet got into the cut on my hand?  I know they say that there is only a chance that this can happen if there is visible blood in the saliva, but I honestly don't know if there was or wasn't.  And I mean how much visible blood does there need to be?

I live in South Africa, where there is a very high incidence of HIV and every possibility that the guy in the shop was HIV positive.
