Scared and Confused

I once have a sexual encounter with a female i just meet (we did around 4 rounds in one night) I used protection on all vaginal penetration, except for oral sex.

After a month, the girl called me and she just had a operation on her ovary since she was diagnosed with ovarian cyst.. and she asked if the condom was not expired or failed (break), and asked if my hands were clean on that time.

I said and i'm pretty sure the condoms didn't fail. Now I'm paranoid if i had HIV or some kind of STD...Do i need to test for HIV?
