Scared of HIV

Is this sign of HIV?
I am a Male 24 years old. For a few weeks now I experience cold intolerance, whenever I am in a room with air conditioned I experience head ache, chills, and slight fever. But when I go out of the room it will gone. So now I had my Cbc, ESR, and urinalysis requested by my doctor. As a result I have a high wbc- 16.8 (normal values range Fr. 5-10)
Low lymphocytes- 17 ( normal values is 25-50)
Low MCV- 72.8 (80-90)
Low MCH- 25.0 (27-30)
The rest were in the normal range.
For Urinalysis- there is a trace of blood, and leukocytes.
The only risk exposure I had was receptive oral sex Fr. Unknown person 10 months ago. Can anyone help me? I have been so depressed, and feeling of nervous breakdown. Can intravenous glutathione can also cause of HIV?

Your blood work report is irrelevant to HIV, it does not relate anything reported with HIV infection.

Relax, you were never exposed to HIV from the situation you mentioned. Receptive unprotected sex is a Zero Risk activity and nobody ever contracted the virus from oral exposure alone, in the history of the diseased spread over three and a half decades
