Scared that I might have contracted HIV

I am a 23 yo male...never had sex in my life. I had a foreskin retraction problem when my penis gets erect. So, feeling shy to go to my family physician, I went to a quack who claimed to be a specialist in treating STDs and penis problems in Dec 2012. I told him I had retraction problems when erect. So he placed a penis pump on my penis and started pumping for about 10 secs. Apparently, I couldn't get erect in front of him. So he said I got erectile dysfunction and took off the pump and prescribed me tablets. I realized he was a quack and then left his place. As soon as I left his place, I noticed that there was some liquid on my penis. I wiped it off with my hands. It felt like some lubricant.

Around 12 days later, I had a flu like illness, was bed ridden for 3 days. Had slight sore throat, slight fever and tiredness. I don't remember any swollen glands or rash. Was totally recovered from that in 4 days. Exactly 9 weeks later from the quack incident, I donated blood at a blood bank. The report said I was HIV negative.

Exactly 12 months after the incident, I had balanitis, oral ulcers, diarrhea and red blotchy rash on my chest. Balanitis was cured within a week. The diarrhea was not worse. I had loose stools for around two and a half months and lost 3 kgs. I noticed the rash everyday when I woke up and disappeared suddenly after I took a bath. The rash recurred  for 3 months and I consulted a dermatologist. She said it was hives and not HIV related. I had frequent throat infections during the 12 months and granular pharyngitis. I used to rink twice a week.

During March 2014, I had severe pain in my throat and noticed that there were tonsil stones on the right side of my throat. I got them removed and since then my jugulodigastric lymph node on the right is swollen along with one more small node on the side of my neck. On reading the internet, I noticed all these symptoms were ARS related(rash, pharyngitis, swollen lymph nodes). I lost my sleep for almost 3 months and I am convinced that I have HIV. Are these HIV related or can the sore throat be attributed to alcohol? Can ARS like symptoms occur again after a year?

I'm scared to death that I have HIV....If someone HIV + had masturbated into the pump or if the quack had used it on a HIV + person's penis and then he used the pump on me, is there any chance I would've got the virus(but even my foreskin was not retracted when he used the pump...I am uncircumcised) ??? Pleease help me.... I learnt that the blood bank uses BIO-RAD EVOLIS automated ELISA method to screen the blood.

Pls help me
1. Can ARS recur?
2. What are the chances of me getting infected?
3. Are 60+ days ELISA reliable and conclusive?

Thanks for your help...but the guy took the pump from a dark and dry place which was not that airy...would that make it risky?

And assuming I was infected, it would have shown up on the 60+day ELISA? Pl clarify

HIV becomes inactivated (unable to infect others) as soon as it is exposed to ambient oxygen

Assuming a small amount of fluid went into my urethra, would I be at risk? I feel I'm a bit of hypochondriac. But still I am worried...
