Scared to death

HI,
Im a bisexual 23 yo male. 4 weeks ago i had unprotected oral sex with a white american male (no ejaculation). Also there was contact between his penis and my rectum without penetration. im very worried as to the risk of contact between his precum and my rectum lining. also i suspect this person to be very promiscuous eventhough he has assured me that he was tested negatively a couple of month before we had sex.
A couple of weeks later ive had mild throat pain but im not sure if this is due to the deep state of anxiety that ive been living since that encounter. I am so anxious that im scared of getting tested. Can anyone please assess the level of risk ive taken?
thanks a lot for your help

If you had no penetration you did not have a risk.

You were never at risk of contracting HIV. Use condoms for anal and vaginal consistently.
