3 months CDC considers it conclusive-some will dispute that this is the conservative approach. To each their own advice.
If you're still worried, you should ask the experts-the doctors. We are not doctors. We are just people with general knowledge with little or no expertise therefore most will just give you the 3 month rule.

Can she still be positive... i took her to hospital and did her testing(ELISA testing) got the results. So do you think any other possibility. please let me know
I had unprotected sex only once with a commercial sex worker.
Do you think that you are the only one that had unprotected sex with her? When was her last exposure? A conclusive test is 3 months after their last unprotected sex.
So you can't answer that and you still need to test. Next time use a condom.
Today i got fever and cold. already i have been diagonised with GERD. Do i need to test cos of this fever.. can my HIV status change after fever. Thanks in advance
You are conclusively negative...put HIV OUT OF YOUR MIND, otherwise, you will attribute every sore throat, fever, belly ache, diarrhea, heartburn, headache, etc etc etc etc to it...and you don't (cannot) have it with your negative test results. Test results DO NOT LIE!!!!!
I strongly suggest you take this advice and take it now....don't be like so many people that cannot accept their neg results and go on to torture themselves for weeks, months, some even YEARS by examining their body every minute of the day....taking HIV test upon test, etc.. YES, you had a risk and it scared you. You got lucky and did not get infected. Celebrate, and learn from it by protecting yourself in the future.
You do NOT have HIV, and your GERD will greatly improve as well (if not go away completely) when you get your anxiety under control.
