Scaring the dookie out of me.

Dude I posted earlier about me thinking I have HIV. Last Saturday I went sbowboarding and feel pretty bad a couple of times once down a cliff then second tumbled and flipped. I woke up Sunday with a sore neck and on my side to my Adams apple felt really sore as if I have worked out and it was and still is a little swollen to this day I'm scarred it might be a swollen lymph node ( you know me I'm paranoid...) could it have just been whipe last our what? Should I give it awhile o unswell? But since Sunday the pain has gone away slowly but still hurt when I use my nek muscle. It seems like it's my juggular but not sure

You can't use symptoms to try to diagnosis HIV. Test at 3 months post exposure for a conclusive result.

My question is can a sternoid be swollen for a while when it is injured? Or is it a swollen lymph node. Where I have my Adams apple the pain is greater but lately it's been getting better
