Semen on papercuts!

Hi! 2 days ago i went to a night club and met a guy there, he then asked me if i could give him a hand job. So i did for like 30 seconds then i decided to leave. He didnt cum or anything but his penis was kind of wet (dont know if its just sweat or pre-cum or any type of fluid). I washed my hands before i left. Th next day i saw 2 paper cuts on my hands (kind of fresh, but dont know if i got it before or after the said incident) I just wanna ask if its even possible to get infected with hiv (if the the guy was hiv positive) through a paper cut if his semen touched my cuts?

Please answer i couldn't sleep and ive been so restless =(

No. Not even close. a paper cut in your hands doesn't give enough pathways for the virus to get into your bloodstream.
