Sex with menstrual blood present, any risks?

Hi all, just wondering if what happened the other night is a risky thing or not. I had met a girl and we ended up fooling around and having sex. Being dark in the bedroom I did not notice until after we had sex that we both had blood on our skin. We had masturbated ourselves and each other and after she had masturbated her vagina she masturbated
my penis. We both did not realize that she had started her period and so her menstrual blood on my penis from her fingers and hand when she was masturbating me. Is there a risk to what happened here?

Also, she had inserted a toy in my anus, I would presume that there may have been some of her menstrual blood on the sex toy as she was playing with her vagina while inserting the toy in my anus. Is there a risk to this if there was some of her menstrual blood on the toy?

Thank you for your help as I am worried about this. Take care all.
