Shared a razor, exposure?

I'm not sure what the risk of HIV or Hep c from sharing a razor is so I thought I would ask. I used someones razor without who is promiscuous without even thinking. The razor was dry and looked clean (no visible blood). I did nick my cheek and that is what has me worried. Once I nicked myself I realized what I was doing and that using the razor could be dangerous. What is my possibility of exposure to anything? Don't know if matters but I did rinsing prior to use.

Thanks

Not an HIV concern. HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.
