Shingle after 4 weeks

Hi,

I'm really so much afarid and not able to sleep and work. I did stupid mistake and protected sex with girl. I do not know what is her hiv status... I kissed her as well but she had cold sore which I was not able to see in the dark. After 4 weeks of this event i got shingle on my left armpit and back. Is shingle sign of hiv? I did ellisa test which is negative and gave test for pcr hiv as well and waiting for result. But i cannot sleep and cannot do work. Please some help me and tell me the answer of the following questions:

1- Is shingle sign of acute or primary hiv sign?
2- What is my percentage of getting hiv?
3- Can some one get hiv with kissing on cold sore for one min?
4- What are the early symptoms of hiv?
5- How accurate is pcr test?

Please reply me back as soon as possible.

4. Symptoms are misleading most of the time so do not confuse yourself with symptoms.
4. PCR is not a test for primary diagnosis and HIV screening

It was protected, you had no risk, forget about the symptoms, they mean nothing. you don't need any other testing
