Should I be Worried

I had unprotected oral sex with a male last night.  I asked if this person was clean he replied yes but I also noticed quite many birthmark looking moles all over this person.  He did not ejaculate in my mouth but I did in his.  This was the only encounter with this person.  Should I be worried?  I was not at first until I got home and thought baout the birthmark looking moles on his body.  Thanks.
