Should I be worried?

Hello- I have a question about the risk, if any, of contracting HIV under the following circumstances.

I saw a female at a massage parlor.  She gave me a massage while we were both nude.  During the massage she rubbed her finger on my anus.  She didn't go inside but did spend a good 3-5 minutes rubbing it.  The issue I have is I have pretty fresh cuts on my anus due to anal fissures, they are always there and doctors cant do anything about it.  There is usually always blood on the paper and I use the bathroom.  I know there is no exposure risk for HIV and hand job. The only thing I know she had on her hands is baby oil and lotion and I know that this got int he cut because it started to burn.  What about if she had a small cut on the cutical of her finger or possibly some vaginal secretion on her hand (even though I didnt see her touch her vagina during the session)? Could I have put myself at risk for HIV?  Should I be the least bit worried, should I get tested?

You haven't done anything that would have put you at risk for HIV infection.
