Should I be worried?

Well, I am wondering if these are symptoms that I should be worried about.
About a week ago, my tongue got a white color to it and hasn't gone away.
Yesterday, my throat feels kinda sore, and kinda difficult to swallow.
My gums are really irritated and sore starting yesterday.
Also, today I had diarhea (diarrhea) once at lunchtime
The only thing that I can think of is that I had unprotected oral sex, but I am really uneasy about these things.

i got the thrush and then became anxious. omg. i think i might hyperventilate.
how likely is it to get hiv through oral if you have a sore?

You didn't have a risk and thrush is not HIV specific. This is not an HIV concern.
