Should I call the Cops?

So After my exposure on Craiglist with this guy I emailed him 5 days later cause I seen he posted another ad... I used a different email and acted like I was someone else and asked him if he liked BB and he said yes... I then asked if he was poz and he said no.. I told him i was poz and he said he was fine with that... Then I kept bugging him and he finnaly said he yes he is poz... So thats how I found out this guy is poz... After that I started freaking out and now Im sure i have IBS or some kinda symptoms... Stomach is all whached out....

I talked to his best friend on facebook and asked the guy if he knew if he was poz and his friend said no why etc etc.... I showed this guy the emails and this guy later i found out is saposivly a detective or a cop... So Im not sure if I can trust the guy since he is the guys best friend... Last night I put a ad up with the guys pic and asked if anyone knew the guy and i got some responses and then the guy I slept with texted me telling me to take that off etc etc... Thats when i found out his friend was a detective and he said that was illegal to do... Now I think the guy is moving out of his apartment... because some random person emailed me acting like they knew the guy and that they are dating and the guy pays for his rent and everything doesnt add up because this guy is defently not dating anyone and the things the guy said didnt add up... Im almost 100% sure that the random email is the guy I slept with trying to get  info out of my and my pic so he could put my pic online... Should I call the cops im in Dallas texas and I heard that texas doesnt have laws against hiv spread?  This guy Has a ad on craigslist almost every day and for the fact of the spread

Is congestion and black mucus related ? I got a sorer throat around 7 weeks and now a few days later now im caughing up black stuff... and last night i seen another one of those black pen mark spot on my cheek that disappeared somtime in the same night. a negative test at 6-8 weeks gives you a fair indication of your status..you tested negative which is great news!

however, you need to test again at 3 months for a conclusive result

you should tell the police and see what they have to say or maybe talk to a lawyer. 5 week test was a good indication, but you need to test at the 3 month mark.

She also said that she didnt feel any swollen lymph nodes in my groin but she only pushed a few times on both sides of my area... are they on the leg part? And Ive read people with hiv are more prone to contract athletes foot because of week immune systems. Would my lymph nodes be swollen by now? its 6 weeks and a day

So I got athletes foot around 3 weeks and at 1 week-4 weeks I had a upset stomach mainly loose stools not really diahreah though... At 5 weeks and 2 days I tested With ELISA neg and I also took a Full std test at 6 weeks... I get the results in a few days

Do you think the 5 week test woulda shown somthing since ive had all kinds of symptoms
And how soon after infected would someone get a fever? like a few days later and only for a few hours on that 1 day?

Having unprotected sex with someone off of Craigs list of all places. Well I certainly would not continue to communicate with this man. He is obviously very unstable. whether or not he is infected... this man obviously has issues. I would suggest leaving well enough alone and look at this as a lesson learned. The best advice I or anyone can give you is use a GLOVE while giving some LOVE! Doesn't take a very high IQ to figure that one out.

Why did you have unprotect anal sex with someone that you picked off the Internet that you didn't know anything about? You are just as much at fault as the other guy. You aren't living in the early 80's when they didn't know the cause or how to prevent HIV transmission.
