Should I get PEP? Advice needed.

I was very drunk last night and did something very stupid. I am on vacation with a guy I am kinda seeing who I know is HIV positive, While drunk, I put his penis into my anus for about 10-15 seconds before we both came to our senses and he got a condom.

My question is, should I get PEP in these circumstances? He was diagnosed a few years ago and I believe he is very adherent to taking his meds. He does not know his viral load count though as for some reason he was never tested for that(he is from a developing country and they never offered that test, he only knows his CD4 count). I am assuming his viral load is very low after a couple of years of meds?

Also I really do not know how I could get pep here, neither he or I speak Spanish and English is not spoken here at all except in hotels. I am going to the US in 2 days, if I cannot find a way to get pep here, could I take his ARVs just until then as a temporary measure? He says he takes nevirapine and tenofivir/lamivudine blend.

Any advice really appreciated! If my risk is very low I would prefer not to take pep but I suspect I may be best advised to do so.

If it makes a difference, I am prone to have a tiny amount of blood(I think from tears) on toilet paper when I use the bathroom so that may make it more risky?

Thanks!
