Should I get tested for HIV and other STDs?

About 2 months ago I visited a sketch massage parlor. The girl I saw gave me a massage, then turned me over and immediately began performing unprotected oral sex on me. I saw no cuts or anything on her. Then I had protected anal sex with her for a few minutes. Then I pulled it out, she took the condom off of me, then I ejaculated in her mouth (inside it for about 30-45 seconds), then she spat it out. Then I took a short shower. Immediately after that she started talking about her husband being killed in a heroin deal, so I left the parlor in fear that I had just gotten an STD. She also had tattoos which made me think she's even more likely to have an STD. I'm particularly worried about AIDS. After I left, I felt a discomfort like I could literally feel the STD loitering in the tip of my penis. It does not hurt when I pee, in fact it feels more than relieving, and am able to forget about it, but then I'll see something else that reminds me of that incident and I'll start to feel a discomfort in the tip of my penis, exactly as I did right when I left the parlor. I don't appear to have an symptoms. This discomfort I would rate a 1 or 2 out of 10 in terms of how painful it is. Its not consistent, and only seems to be a discomfort when I am reminded of the massage parlor. I felt this discomfort last night, after masturbating. I pray that the discomfort is caused by excessive friction while masturbating, seeing as I had masturbated a total of 3 times that day without lubricant. It only seems to be a little bit painful when I pee after being somewhat dehydrated. Like if I don't drink anything for a while, and my pee is a darker, less transparent yellow, it feels like I'm pissing fairly hot water. I've read that its unlikely to get HIV from oral sex, but whenever I think about it I get absolutely paranoid. I'm scared to get tested mainly because I have an extreme fear of needles. I haven't gotten a blood test since I was 10, I'm 19 now. How should I go about getting tested being afraid of needles? could they drug me for the blood test?

You were not at risk of contracting HIV at all. Other STDs concern could be addressed on another forum on MedHelp.
